Emelia has over a decade’s experience in non-profit management, managing legal and regulatory requirements of nonprofits including registration, contracting and employee relations.

Her areas of interest include employment and labour law, law and development and SME Law, dispute resolution and intellectual property law. Emelia oversees the consultancy, coaching and mentorship initiatives of B Weaver Pwamang.
